By using Sarah's Pet Stop LLC services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
Service Agreement
Booking and Scheduling
- All services must be booked in advance by calling or texting (201) 362-7683
- Service times and dates are confirmed upon booking
- Last-minute changes may incur additional fees
- We reserve the right to refuse service for safety or other reasonable concerns
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made
- Prices may vary based on specific circumstances and pet needs
- Holiday services incur an additional $10 fee
- Additional pets during the same visit are $5 each
Pet Requirements
- All pets must be up-to-date on vaccinations
- Aggressive or unsafe animals may be refused service
- Pet owners must provide accurate information about their pet’s behavior and needs
- Any special medications or instructions must be clearly communicated
Liability and Insurance
Service Liability
- Sarah’s Pet Stop LLC takes every precaution to ensure pet safety
- Pet owners are responsible for informing us of any health issues or behavioral concerns
- Emergency veterinary care will be sought if needed, with owner authorization when possible
- We are not liable for pre-existing health conditions or undisclosed behavioral issues
Property and Access
- Clients are responsible for providing safe access to their property and pets
- Any damage to property will be reported immediately
- We are not responsible for damage caused by pets during our care
- Keys and access codes will be kept confidential and secure
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Guidelines
- 24-hour notice is required for cancellations
- Same-day cancellations may incur a fee
- Weather-related cancellations will be handled case-by-case
- Emergency cancellations due to pet illness are understood and accommodated
